What information do I need to provide when booking a repair appointment?
If you have made an account already you can select a vehicle from My Garage, otherwise you will need to enter your VIN and mileage or year, make, model, trim, engine size, and mileage to inform service providers what your vehicle is. You will need to provide contact information including your name, phone number, and email address for communicating with your service provider. Your information will be private until booking is confirmed, and you will receive prior notice before your information is shared with a service provider.
Can I get an estimate before the repair is performed?
Prior to any work being performed you will receive a detailed quote, this quote will be comprehensive covering any requested work however if adjustments are needed during the service such as discovering further issues or recommended services you will be contacted to approve or decline any additional costs. It is important that you provide detailed information about the issues you are experiencing for a more accurate quote. Photos of your vehicle and of the parts being serviced will help your service provider build a customized quote to your vehicle.

How long will the repair take?
Service providers will include an estimated repair timeline with your quote, however actual times may vary based on factors such as the complexity of the repair and the availability of parts.

When booking your appointment you may inquire what the shop uses such as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, aftermarket parts, or a combination of both, and the implications for warranties that are offered.
What is your hourly labor rate for repairs?
Service providers offer a range of options and some services are a flat rate fee while others run at an hourly labor rate, please submit a quote request and a local service provider will contact you with job specific pricing.
Do you offer a warranty on the repairs performed?

How do I make a payment for the repair services?
Upon accepting a quote and finalizing a service appointment you will need to provide credit card details to hold your spot. The card on file will not be charged until the appointment is completed. All payments will be made to Network Auto Repair.
Can I drop off my vehicle outside of business hours?
Communicate directly with your service provider regarding their drop-off and pick-up policies for on site repairs, including any after-hours services or drop-off options.
What happens if additional issues are discovered during the repair?
In the event a service provider is unable to complete the repair due to extensive unknown or unrelated damage they will pause and contact you immediately. No additional repairs will be performed without your explicit consent. In the event that the repair is able to be completed but additional issues are discovered, your service provider will contact you and send you an additional supplemental quote, you can opt to add these repairs and will receive a second invoice, or you can opt to hold off and store this quote for future service. You will need to sign a waiver stating you were notified of the additional issues and chose not to have them performed at this time or if you would like them performed you will need to sign an agreement for the additional work and cost being approved.
How often should I bring my vehicle in for regular maintenance to prevent major repairs?
Once you add a vehicle to My Garage you will be able to enter in your current mileage and approximate annual mileage you drive. Network Auto Repair will send you periodic service reminders based off of this data to help you stay on track with your routine vehicle maintenance.
Is there a loaner car or shuttle service available during the repair?
Network Auto Repair does not provide loaner cars or shuttle service. You may contact the service provider’s shop location or your automotive insurance company to inquire about discounted rental options if necessary.
How can I track the progress of my repair?
You will receive reminders prior to your scheduled appointment as well as a notification when the service provider is headed to you for mobile repairs. The service provider will notify you when the job has been completed.
